This introductory post is intended to give a lowdown about what to expect from this blog.
I decided to register for Tough Mudder - Phoenix, in January 2012.
I will post my training progress over the next four months, which will ultimately lead my participation in the event, and will chronicle my absolute failure or my fantastic victory.
